How Can I buy tickets for the shows at labyrinth Dome?

Tickets for the shows at Labyrinth can be purchased on Labyrinth.art. Tickets can also be purchased in-person onsite at the Labyrinth concierge,
which is open from 2pm to 9pm.

Do I need a ticket for a show to enter at Labyrinth Dome?

All guests require a ticket to enter at the Labyrinth Dome. The ticket does not include hotel pick-up and drop-off services. You will start your visit at Labyrinth walking by the Art Gallery (free entrance) to access directly to the Dome.

Can I purchase tickets in-person at a Box Office?

The onsite Labyrinth Concierge is available for in-person ticket purchasing. It is located by the Art Gallery entrance. The concierge is open daily from 10am to 7pm.

How do I get my tickets?

Labyrinth uses mobile tickets only. We recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone´s digital wallet in advance of your arrival.

Is there an age requirement to attend events at Labyrinth Dome? Do children require tickets?

Events at the Dome may include immersive elements such as flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises. Please check your event page to determinate whether.

Child Tickets:

Tickets are available for children aged 4-12 years.
Infants: Children aged 0-2 years are not permitted in the performance area
Free Entry: Children aged 3 years old and under are admitted free of charge but must not occupy a separate seat.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of show cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be given options for a refund or ticket exchange as per the applicable policy.

Group Tickets

What defines a group?

To qualify a group, there must be nine or more guests attending. Group of friends, families, clients, teachers, police, military, scouts, or just nine or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.

Are group rates available?

Group rates are available for the Shows at the Dome. Please visit our Group page for more information.

Transportation & Parking

Your event experience begins the moment you step inside Nuanu City. Please plan your Transportation and parking at Nuanu City ahead of your event. A buggy will pick you up and bring you to Labyrinth.

Labyrinth is located at Jalan Galiran at Nuanu City, Nyanyi, Tabanan. Guests can enter the property via electric transport or on foot through Nuanu Gate (Parking 1).

We encourage you to arrive early. If driving or arriving by car, please allow for more extra travel time due the potential traffic.
Rideshare pick-up and drop off for Labyrinth is located at the entrances of the two Nuanu Gates. Venue access is conveniently located across from Dome entry. On event days, Labyrinth staff will be onsite to direct you to the venue.
Nuanu Parking is available and free for our guests with tickets.

Can I bring my own food if I have special dietary needs that are medically necessary?

If you or someone in your party has a medical condition or specific needs that require bringing in outside food or beverage,

prior to your event to ensure smooth entry into the venue.

Can I bring my service animal?

Service animals are permitted inside Labyrinth. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact the Accessibility Services Department prior to your event.

On Site Experience

Is Labyrinth a cashless venue?
Yes, Labyrinth accepts cash, credit cards and mobile payments.
Does Labyrinth have WiFi inside?
Free WiFi is available at Labyrinth. Guests can connect to nuanu wifi once onsite.
Where are the accessible restrooms?
All restrooms are accessible. Family/all-gender restrooms are also located throughout Labyrinth. Please see a guest experience representative onsite for directions to the nearest location.
Are wheelchair escorts available?
Guests with mobility limitations who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair transport to their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our personnel will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be able to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please alert staff if you will need assistance.
Are there accommodations available for individuals who may not fit in a standard seat?
Labyrinth offers seating with movable armrests and chairs without armrests. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@labyrinth.art or +62 823-3920-4294 at least 48 hours in advance of your event to allow time for any necessary accommodations.
Is there anything guests should be aware of related to the use of special effects at labyrinth?
Events at Labyrinth are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations including fog, and scent. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.
Is storage available for wheelchairs and other mobility devices?
Storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers and other mobility devices. Upon conclusion of the event, a staff member will return your mobility device to you at your seat. Please find your nearest guest experience representative for assistance onsite.

Venue Policies.

Code of conduct: Guests shall be respectful of others around them. Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests. During some Shows, the artist may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests. Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the actors in any way. Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests. Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure. Guests shall not block the aisles. Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket, and shall provide their ticket upon request. Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner. Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an usher, security officer or guest experience representative. Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited within the performance area according to applicable regulations. Prohibited items such as weapons, explosives, and alcohol will be confiscated. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest.
Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the performance venue. Attendees are responsible for complying with all safety instructions and regulations in place at the performance venue.
