THE MEDICINE – A Film by Sarah Dienaar
For the first time outside of film festivals, the documentary The Medicine will be screened in Bali. Directed by Dutch filmmaker Sarah Dienaar, the film delves into Leonie’s personal journey—her battles with self-doubt, societal expectations, and profound personal loss. Premiered in the Netherlands on September 28, 2024, this moving documentary invites the audience to witness the transformative power of music and self-expression.
